Build Upon This . . . A BluLes Mindset

Writing this book has been a extremely rewarding experience.  I'm grateful for all those who share so willingly their knowledge, so that I can, in turn, pass it forward.  I have finally finished updating and correcting my original "family" version and it is now ready to go to print.
The following excerpt is another small sample of what you can expect.
Chapter 8
Skin Care
Ah, now we come to my first passion.  Having to put up with dry flakey skin for most of my adult life, this discovery was truly a fist pumping "oh yeah"! What I want to share with you is a compilation of all the wonderful ingredients and their constituents that comprise the skin care line of BluLes Body Care products.  I discovered a great online supply company called Mountain Rose Herbs.  They are based in Eugene, Oregon very close to where I was born . . .must be kismet!  I order most of my organic supplies from them because the quality is second to none. The products I make are a combination of organic carrier and essential oils, butters, herbal infusions, hydrosols and beeswax.  The following pages in this chapter contain insightful information on all these wonderful ingredients.
Carrier Oils:
Olive oil is filled with antioxidants, vitamins, and nutrients that may protect you against illness.  This wonderful oil has been used for centuries as a overall healing agent.
Calendula infused Olive oil is created using a process that takes at least a month.  In chapter 10 I give my formula for oil infusions.  The healing properties of calendula are many. It is antibacterial and an immunostimulant.  It is beneficial for all types of skin disorders, and is the base of most of my products.
Apricot Kernel oil is made up mostly of oleic acid and linoleic acid.  Linoleic acid has anti-inflammatory, acne reducing and moisture retaining properties.
These are just three of the many ingredients I cover in this chapter. I've also included reference tables for essential oils and their external and olfactory healing properties. My book along with all the other BluLes products will be listed in the new catalog that will be available on my blog as a PDF file soon.

Have you ever considered about including a little bit more
than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all.

However imagine if you added some great visuals or video clips
to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent
but with pics and video clips, this website could undeniably be
one of the greatest in its niche. Very good blog!

It's great to come across a blog every once in a while that isn't the same unwanted rehashed material.

Within a generation it seemed like everyone had an automatic dishwasher,
an electric clothes dryer, a self-propelled lawn mower, and an
automatic garage door opener. In addition, low carb diets
such as Atkins often create abnormally high levels of
protein in the body for the liver to digest. It is also
important that we use different forms of exercise.

A healthy diet is not an overnight crash course; it is
a lifestyle change aimed at correcting the years of excesses.
Portion control is just as important to weight loss as food choice.
I tried to lose weight on many occasions before I was finally successful, and believe me, it was not the most enjoyable time of my life.
